At U.S. Polo Assn., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic U.S. Polo Assn. tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
